|U. S. Addresses (Domestic Delivery)|
We ship most orders by USPS First Class Mail
with delivery confirmation, including meters qualifying for free shipping,
although at our option, we may ship some combined orders by Priority Mail.
Although First Class Mail typically takes 3 - 5 days for continental addresses, there is no guarantee on delivery and it can take up to 10 - 15 days.
For faster domestic delivery, we can also ship by Priority Mail, EMS (Express Mail of the Post Office), UPS (United parcel Service) or FedEx. Let us know if you want shipping by one of these methods.
|International Addresses (Foreign Delivery)|
We ship most international orders by USPS First Class Mail International.
Although there is no tracking or insurance, for many countries this is a
highly reliable and very economical shipping method. In some cases the
customs label number may be used for tracking, but that is dependent on
communication between the overseas Post Office and the USPS.
Faster delivery is available via Priority Mail or EMS(Express Mail of the Post Office).
For countries with less secure delivery, we add registration service to First Class Mail, or we ship via EMS. We can ship via UPS, but the cost is typically very high.
Please do not return any item without prior authorization. Many problems can be solved without requiring a return, so if something is wrong, let us know what is happening and give us a complete description of the problem, so we can find the best solution.
|Errors In Ordering|
Items that we regularly stock may be returned for credit, provided that the request is made within fourteen days of shipping, and that the items is returned in new condition, with all packaging and inserts in new condition. We will deduct only the cash cost for the shipping to you, not a re-stocking charge. You are responsible for return shipping cost.
Special order items may be returned if we are able to return them to the manufacturer. Re-stocking charges may apply, based on the policy of the manufacturer. As with returns due to error in ordering, the items must be returned in new condition, with all packaging and inserts in new condition. You are responsible for return shipping cost.
|Returns Due To Defect|
If you have a problem with anything you buy from us, let us know as soon as possible, and we will make sure the problem is addressed. Many problems can be resolved without the need for a return, so please give us a complete description of the problem you are having. If you cancel an order for any stock item prior to our shipping it, we will issue a full refund. Cancellation of special order items is subject to the policies of the manufacturer.
